Dr. Helen Kim, MD, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout California navigate mental health challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and individualized treatment. Through LifeStance Health, Dr. Kim provides psychiatric care and medication management tailored to each patient’s unique needs, helping individuals build stability, improve daily functioning, and achieve meaningful progress. She commonly treats anxiety, ADHD, depression, and additional mental health concerns. Dr. Kim is especially passionate about supporting individuals involved in court-ordered treatment. She understands the unique challenges that can accompany mandated care and strives to create a respectful, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and supported while working toward positive change. Her approach emphasizes practical solutions, accountability, and empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health journey. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Kim enjoys dance, travel, and surfing. She earned her medical education through the University of Pennsylvania and Oakland University and has been practicing since 2021.
