Dr. Lee is a board certified psychiatrist. Her goal is to help optimize mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. To that end, she uses a collaborative, whole-person approach to provide comprehensive yet tailored treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. She treats a broad range of disorders relating to mood, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, and more.

Dr. Lee received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Northwestern University, where she made the Dean’s List each year. After college, she returned home to California and completed medical school at Western University of Health Sciences. Finally, she completed her psychiatric training at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident with a particular focus on working to decrease burnout and increase wellness within the program.

Regina Lee at Lifestance is the best psychiatrist ever. I have moved mountains and changed my life in leaps and bounds. She had the key to what I needed to get back on track and I’m so so happy. It had been unimaginably difficult before I started working with her and both the way that we discuss things and that she manages medication is super on point and accessible and useful in a daily way.
