Dr Morin is very knowledgeable & is clearly an expert in her field. However, the reception desk at the Carmel Valley location is incredibly incompetent. They almost never answer the phone, even during work hours that are not times that they’d be at lunch, so it always go to voicemail. But the messages I leave on the voicemail never get returned or at least get a call back checking in. The only way I can get thru is to keep on trying but the process usually takes weeks, which isn’t helpful if you have a concern that needs to be addressed promptly. Also they seem to struggle at sending medication orders to my pharmacy in a timely manner. All in all, if Dr Morin wasn’t so spectacular, I would have switched to another company long ago. Hopefully this review will be read and lead to changes in the near future.

Great Dr. Who listens and makes sure medication is helping and if it's not she would do what she had to for the patient to feel okay. I really do like her and it shows that she is interested in the person and what they feel. Her concern is almost as one who you know well. She doesn't make me feel embarrassed or never have I felt I couldn't speak the truth to her. She's great and I hope she continues to be my phyc..

My experience with Caroline Morin is great. Because English is not my first language she was very patient and kind. I need to change to other medications which is very complicated thing. She ask me a lot of questions and find out what is wrong with it. Now I am very satisfied with Caroline Morin. So if you looking for Psychiatrist I am highly recommend her for you. Now I am very happy to meet her. She is awesome!!!

She is a calm, clear person asking insightful questions and we worked together on the issue. I appreciate her candidness, kindness and patient guidance. Definitely I would recommend her- she knows her subject and field very well. I felt safe talking with her.

Ms. Morin is a very friendly and comfortable person to talk with about a variety of subjects. I feel she really listens when discussing problems and is a great help in finding solutions. I will continue to see her as she has been very helpful to me.
