Tara Mauro, DO is a board certified psychiatrist licensed to practice medicine in California. Her core practice is in general psychiatry. Dr. Mauro has served the military for 13 years with a tour to Iraq. She has served as a Medical Director in both Addictions and Psychiatry where she has trained medical students, residents and physician assistants. She has transitioned to the Civilian sector where she has worked both inpatient and outpatient treatment programs to better help patients with anxiety and mood disorders.
