I have been a patient of Dr. Usha Raminei since 2018, and she has truly been an incredible psychiatrist. Over the years Iā€™ve been diagnosed with several mental health conditions, and she has been patient, compassionate, and dedicated through some of the toughest periods of my life. She takes the time to listen, explains treatment options clearly, and has played a huge role in helping me stabilize and move forward. I genuinely trust her and am very grateful for the care she has provided. That said, the office experience has been extremely frustrating. Scheduling appointments and getting answers to medication questions can be very difficult. Communication with the office is often slow or unclear, which can be stressful when youā€™re dealing with mental health care and medication management. On top of that, the fees can feel excessive, and it seems like there are extra charges for many things. The only reason I continue with LifeStance is because of how excellent Dr. Raminei is as a psychiatrist. She is the reason I stay, and I truly appreciate the care she has given me over the years.

I have been using Lifestance for 8 years now even though it doesnā€™t feel like it and I have the same doctor that I have had from the start. It is very easy to make and manage my appointments, I receive several texts and emails in the week or so before my appt which I really need as I forget sometimes. My Doctor is never pushy or overbearing and always makes sure that I am comfortable and at ease at our appointments. She checks on my wellbeing, is concerned about my medication being not enough, too much, or makes me feel uncomfortable. I was never a fan of facing my mental health but my feelings have changed, I really look forward to my appointments now. I know that I can speak my mind, and be myself while talking about things without feeling judged but supportive in my health care plan.

I have been seeing Dr. Ramineni for many years, and I am so glad to have her. She truly cares and listens to everything I need to share. She is so kind and I am very lucky to see her. I would recommend her to anyone. LifeStance, who took over PsyCare, is another story. Itā€™s a corporate company, treating the patients like a business.

Dr Ramineni is wonderful! She makes each appointment as painless as possible. Makes sure to cover any questions and concerns I may have. Also, helps that she has a calm to her voice, makes for a welcome experience.

I always find Dr. Ramineni pleasant, and easy to share my concerns. I especially like the ease and convenience of the Telehealth appointments that enable medication refills without having to drive to see her.

Dr. Usha is good; she gave me meds that I need for insomnia, depression. I do think that there are toooooo many regulations pertaining to meds these day however. No fault of Lifestance or Dr. Usha.
