About Natalie Toski (She/Her)

Natalie Toski helps adults and seniors across Pennsylvania achieve greater stability and symptom relief through personalized, evidence-based psychiatric medication management at LifeStance Health. She works with individuals ages 18 and older to thoroughly assess mental health concerns, clarify diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, with a focus on improving daily functioning and long-term wellness. Dr. Toski takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, education, and careful medication monitoring. She supports individuals navigating complex concerns including ADHD, trauma, and sleep disorders, while recognizing the impact of co-occurring medical conditions and life transitions. Incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness into medication management, she helps patients build practical coping strategies alongside pharmacologic treatment. She also offers support for additional mental health conditions as part of comprehensive care. Dr. Toski is particularly dedicated to working with individuals who have recently been discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She provides structured, attentive follow-up care during this critical transition, helping patients stabilize symptoms, prevent relapse, and regain confidence as they move forward in their recovery. Her approach during these periods prioritizes continuity, safety, and clear communication. She has experience working with diverse populations, including military service members and veterans, first responders, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Toski is also able to provide care in Spanish, helping expand access to quality psychiatric services for a broader community. Dr. Toski earned her medical education from Texas A&M Health Sciences Center, the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth, and Baylor University. Since beginning her practice in 2019, she has remained committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys sourdough baking, reading, weightlifting, and spending time with her family, maintaining a strong focus on balance and overall wellness.
