Dr. Lam is so Patient. A Very good Resource to Assist me, with the bumps that I experience. I had a rough week and sent one message and was handled delicately. I received an immediate call back, letting me know that my message was received by my provider. I’m grateful I was able to be fit into today’s schedule, last minute. I’m grateful♥️

Dr Lam is a very understanding doctor who asks appropriate questions to determine how my depression is on each visit. She’s very encouraging when I’m doing well as I was this month, but also seeks answers when I’m struggling. I see her in person next month as is required.

I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Lam! She is warm, welcoming, and she made me feel very comfortable opening up. She was okay with me kind of rambling, which is great since I tend to do that without meaning to. I am looking forward to continuing care under her.

Dr. Lam’s patience when listening to the problems I am having is always welcomed and never feels rushed. It really helps me to address what is going on and helps us to figure out the best course of treatment. You don’t see that a whole lot nowadays.

I love Dr. Lam! She has been my doctor for several years and seen me through the ups and downs of the depressive episodes I deal with. She follows my medications and makes changes as needed. She is so easy to work with and is very understanding.
