Dr. Miranda Chakos is an Adult Psychiatrist and Psychopharmacologist, with over 20 years of experience. She has extensive experience in treating patients with depression and other mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorders, psychological symptoms secondary to General Medical Disorder or chronic pain, somatoform disorders, insomnia, and ADHD. Her approach is to conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including integration of laboratory, radiological and clinical findings, and prescribing appropriate pharmacological and psychotherapeutic treatment. In her free time Dr. Chakos enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She also loves being outdoors, traveling, reading, and enjoying the performing arts.

I've been with Dr. Chakos for a couple of years now, she is the best Psychiatrist I've ever had. Dr. Chakos is patient, loving and is very concerned with myself, she took the time to listen to me her and my concerns and my mental health. I would not go too another Doctor. Nice office , good visit I feel I was listened to . My only complaint is no one is at the desk . We could not open the door and if there wasn’t someone waiting we may have missed the appointment. I utilize Telehealth and it’s awesome. Very pleased with Dr. Chakos.
