I have using a psychiatrist, Dr Melissa Gross, from Lifestance for well over a year now. I have found her to be responsive and caring. Lifestance as a business has been wonderful to work with; they are firm about no-shows and late cancels but are very accommodating if you need to cancel or reschedule within their parameters which I have found to be more than fair. I have recommended both Dr Gross and Lifestance to several of my friends. They offer in-office and télé-visits which I appreciate as I live in Southern Suffolk.

Jasmine at Life Stance is amazing! She listens to my concerns and is compassionate and understanding. I’ve struggled from a young age with my mental health and have been working with Jasmine for about a year and we finally have found a medication regimen that works for me. I finally feel like a “normal” person and can function normally. I have been to numerous people through out my life and finally found someone who has helped me tremendously. I have never spoken to a therapist before. Not that I haven't had a need... Anyway, Ms. Audrey King was so very kind, listened and I felt heard. Asked questions to find out more about me and my life. Overall just very understanding, sweet, calming voice. I was very pleased with her and the talk we had, in the time we had.

Easy to book and pleasant experience with customer support wish they worked better with cancellation policy and the price for cancelled appointment just increased but sometimes that’s out of your control life happens appointments get cancelled. My provider is great tho!
