I apologize for leaving this under my wife's Google account. However, just understand I'm, in fact, her husband. That being said, Heidi was very understanding that I had to switch to telehealth the day of a 10am appointment. Although it's a totally awkward session because I'm not a fan of telehealth, that is nothing to do with my therapist. It's just my preference. My youngest fur baby was with me to make the video conversation better😄. Highly recommend, mental health is very important and more people should utilize it.

Our college student kids have seen Elise Gallie since they graduated from high school & became adults(2003), and they ove her. Ms. Gallie is very courteous, respectful and welcoming enough that they feel very comfortable opening up to her. She gives them goals, and provides helpful tips for daily living, coupled with medication management. She has relocated, but maintains their care via telehealth appointments. We are grateful for Lifestance stepping in, when their previous provider released them for aging out.

I have been seeing Amy Gallardo since I started with Lifestance and she has been amazing. She listens to what I say and even remembers it when I only see her once a month. She also gets back to me right away when I message her in between appointments. I definitely recommend meeting with her!
