I have seen Amy twice and it’s been a great experience for me. She listens to my concerns and comes up with different recommendations that I may or may not like. Not pushy and accepting to my situation and needs. Visits are very helpful using Telehealth since I can talk with her from my home. I hope to continue with Amy as she shows great empathy and cares about everything I’m dealing with. Would recommend to any of my friends or relatives needing mental health care. So glad I found her!! Had another visit with Amy today and I feel so fortunate I found her. She cares and is very patient and a good listener. I’ve been through a lot and she has been a great listener!! I have recommended her to a friend and would do it again if anyone asked me did I know a good therapist!! Any goes above and beyond in helping me with my issues. She is a great listener and doesn’t rush me or disagree with me but acknowledges my feelings. She suggests things at times giving me the chance of deciding if I want to try something or not. Since I’ve been dealing with mental health issues for decades I’m willing to try new things but on the other hand I know what has worked for me for 40 years plus and Amy has no problem with that. She’s a wonderful therapist who makes me feel valued and cared for. I think she’s a great therapist and will stay with her as long as needed!!

From my very first encounter with LifeStance, I have felt comfortable and heard. The fact that my psychiatrist, “gets me”, for who I am, and has my treatment plan dialed in so accurately, is absolute relief from my mental health issues (problems, illnesses, disability… whatever you choose to call it). I needed this particular doctor to be top notch and I found it here. Also, if there’s anything you have an issue with it is resolved. Resolved. I never have never had any problems, but my daughter also uses this practice and her first Psychiatrist wasn’t a good fit for her and they immediately resolved it. Immediately. Not an issue since. That’s what you expect from a company. I’m happy here.

I have been going to my therapist, David Flynn, for over a year now. He has by far been the best therapist that I have had. I tried a couple of different ones before him, but he stood out the most. He's extremely veteran and military friendly. He helps lead the conversation, is very judgment free, and extremely supportive. During our sessions, he helps lighten the mood the best way that he can, which helps out so much. When speaking to him, it feels like I can talk to him about anything. I wholeheartedly recommend him as a therapist.

The way my therapist Mrs. Tanya has helped me, has me shocked! I was taught bad habits for so long but with the help of her, she has helped me grow in ways I never thought could be possible. She gives me the real she don't sugarcoat things for me to feel better, she holds me accountable and it makes me improve my self in a day to day situation. With her help I have truly improved more than I can imagine. So Thanks to Mrs. TANYA she the best for me!

They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable enough to even make the appointment. Love my Therapist and the front desk checkin lady, very friendly face to walk into the lobby. The lobby leaves a little something to be desired but it has potential. It’s very nice to see the office doors having some holiday spirit. Maybe that would help the lobby, some music. Anyway 10/10 for this office.

I have had a great experience. Even with the changing over to life Stance from Sunrise I have not had issues. The staff are caring and helpful.My therapist is very good. Frank Bond is good at listening, taking notes and having a way of picking up on things that may come out in conversation that are potentially important to your progress.
