Sometimes, we fear being judged, unaccepted, or unsupported. My goal is to promote a safe environment that enhances joy and wellness. We can dive into an open exploration of personal values, and fears. I will strive to help you heal wounds from the past or present, and empower you to create a life that is beautifully authentic. I am humbled by the bravery of anyone willing to explore counseling. We will work together to create a therapeutic alliance/relationship built on trust. I utilize a person-centered approach to facilitate meaningful life changes and healthy emotional well-being. I believe that all people have the capacity to hold onto hope amidst challenge. In my spare time, I enjoy anything to do with plants, evenings at the beach, traveling, football, and yoga. I prioritize hiking trips with my dog and exploring nature.
