First of all I have Dr. Linda Baxter to thank for treating me & getting me stabilized about one yr ago! I’ve had major depressive disorder for 24 yrs…. This time last year I felt almost suicidal, but knew it was my depression. Place I was going the previous 3 yrs, was such a crummy place their NP’s came & went like flies- altho they were great, I knew almost every visit I’d be seeing someone new. Dr. Baxter knew my major anxiety was not just over the need for change in my antidepressant but also weening off one to another… She TRULY worked with me for a plan I really felt comfortable doing… Kinda of a long story at least if I described, but she has been and remains, my VERY BEST PSYCHIATRIC PROVIDER!!!

This was my first experience with LifeStance. It was a tele interview and I had the pleasure of meeting my provider Chandra Short. I immediately felt comfortable talking with her from our initial introduction. She was super nice and our interview was great! We truly established a great patient and client repor. This repor is not something you feel after your first interview with a new provider. If you are looking for a new provider contact LifeStance and ask for Chandra Short. She is awesome!!!

My session with Michelle Hawbaker was excellent but I was very unhappy with the person I spoke with on Monday to reschedule because I was extremely ill. She told me I would be billed $125 if I didn't come. Fortunately by Wednesday I was feeling well enough to drive there although still weak. Michele said she will address this.

Chanda, is the only one that listen to me and my husband. Chanda is my husband doctor. She is on top of things with his medication. I thank her for taken my husband off of the medication that was taking him down to grave yard dead. We love her. She is the best.

I had a very Interesting visit. To be truthful, I am not the one to say “EVERYTHING” I feel, however, I felt actually relieved that Mr.James and I, spoke today. Maybe, just maybe, this may be a starting point for me, and moving forward into recovery.
