Dr. Paloma Moran, PsyD, helps teens and adults across California build stability, resilience, and a renewed sense of direction through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. As a psychologist with LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for those navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Dr. Moran fosters a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful progress, whether facing everyday stressors or more complex emotional challenges. She has particular experience supporting individuals transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care, helping them safely reintegrate into daily life with continuity of care and practical coping strategies. During this critical period, Dr. Moran works collaboratively with clients to strengthen emotional regulation, prevent relapse, and rebuild confidence and independence. Dr. Moran’s clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. She helps clients better understand their thought patterns, manage intense emotions, and develop healthier behaviors. She has experience treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and works with diverse populations, including individuals on the autism spectrum and members of the LGBTQ+ community, while tailoring care to each person’s unique needs. Working with teens, adults, and older adults, Dr. Moran understands how developmental stages and life transitions influence mental health. Her care is individualized, culturally responsive, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys watching movies, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and caring for her two dogs and three cats.
