Dr. Antonio Santos is a Psychologist in California who has been practicing since 2004. He holds a Ph.D. from International College, Los Angeles-USA in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Development and Post-Doctoral degree in Psychopharmacology from Alliant University in San Diego-USA. Dr. Santos provides a quality environment where clients can be healed. He offers clients active techniques to help them manage stress, tension, depression, anxiety, phobias, negative thought patterns, and negative emotions. Dr. Santos helps them to use and manage positive thought patterns and emotions to increase their well-being. He teaches them relaxation, meditation, and breathing. Dr. Santos helps clients dealing with pain, with the restructuring of body perceptions in case of lost limbs or permanent scars, helping them face difficult life transitions as well as help them go through surgery and long-term illnesses. Dr. Santos practices meditation, and yoga and has read and practiced the Bhagavad Gita’s principles, the Buddha’s Gospel, and A Course in Miracles for the last 25 years. He has spent from one day up to three years in silence. His interest lies in helping people to awaken their inner strength and power based on their inner wisdom in a personal, educational, and organizational environment. Outside of work, Dr. Santos loves playing tennis, walking in the forest, swimming, reading good books, and good movies with popcorn, socializing with friends, going out for dinner, and going to fair markets and parades. He has a passion for flying small planes. He loves seeing fireworks over the bay in San Diego. He also has a passion for traveling, learning a new language and visiting all kind of different countries and cities around the world.
