Dr. Tiffany Morales is a psychologist who received her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and her Doctorate at Alliant International University CSPP. She has experience in a variety of community mental health settings, including working with veterans, emerging adults, LGBTQ individuals, performers, and athletes.

Dr. Morales specializes in trauma treatment, as shown through her use of trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches. She provides a safe space and supportive environment for clients to process their difficult experiences, notice their resilience, and heal from past emotional wounds.

In her practice, she addresses a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and identity issues. She utilizes therapeutic modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD to ensure her clients receive tailored, evidence-based care.

As a former NCAA Division I athlete, Dr. Morales is also passionate about peak performance and sports psychology. Her expertise in performance psychology provides clients with effective tools to manage performance anxiety, whether in professional settings, athletic endeavors, or daily life. Through this lens, she collaborates with her clients to identify their strengths and set attainable goals to improve their quality of life.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Morales enjoys staying active through volleyball, hiking, and attending concerts. She values time spent with friends and cherishes moments of connection during game nights. These activities reflect her commitment to balance and well-being, principles she brings into her therapeutic work.
