I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 17+ years of experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults and families. In our work together, I will assist you with developing goals and individualized treatment plans. I am here to help you and/or your children and family reach these goals with empathy, compassion and mindfulness.

I am trained and certified in several evidence based approaches including Trauma-Focused CBT for children, Individual CBT for adults, family systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Seeking Safety, MAP, Triple P Teen, and Crisis Oriented Recovery Services. I have treated individuals and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing symptoms of depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD and traumatic disorders, ADHD, grief and loss, and life transitions. I believe in the value of working collaboratively with you, the people most important to you (i.e. significant other, family members), as well as other professionals (i.e. psychiatrists, physicians, teachers, school counselors) on your treatment team. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California San Diego, Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University, and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.
