Noreen Donovan is a Licensed Psychologist practicing in Massachusetts since 2011. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Salem State University, a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Northeastern University and her doctoral degree from Suffolk University. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at LifeStance Health in New Hampshire (formerly The Counseling Center of Nashua). Dr. Donovan provides evidence-based psychological treatment for children, families and adults. Her areas of specialty include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, selective mutism, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and eating disorders. Treatment utilizes a variety of modalities depending on the client’s needs including Cognitive-Behavior therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, parent behavior management training, and Solutions-Based approaches. She utilizes a neurodiverse affirming approach in her work with autistic individuals and their families. She also works with adults who may struggle with anxiety and/or depression. Dr. Noreen Donovan also provides neuropsychological evaluations and consultations for children from 3 through age 18 as well as young adults with developmental concerns. She specializes in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for children with questions of developmental disorders (e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum, intellectual and learning disabilities) and emotional difficulties (e.g., depression and anxiety disorders), and other concerns related to education, learning, and development. In addition to her clinical services, Dr. Donovan also serves as the Site Director for LifeStance Health’s outpatient offices in Arlington and Framingham, MA.
