Dr. Budz is a licensed clinical psychologist providing individual therapy for adults. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive behavioral and insight-based treatments. Dr. Budz believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to fostering therapeutic engagement, insight, awareness, self-acceptance, and growth. She most enjoys working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, interpersonal communication issues, work-life balance, and the management of life transitions. With all clients, she works to increase mindfulness and the use of adaptive coping skills. Dr. Budz received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Syracuse University, and received her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School. Dr. Budz received her clinical doctoral degree from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. She completed her pre-doctoral internships at the Dr. Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center and also at the Brandeis University Psychological Counseling Center. Dr. Budz completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates. Dr. Budz treats clients in our Financial District office.
