Dr. Puerling provides individual psychotherapy to adults. Her style is eclectic, involving use of CBT, DBT, and supportive therapy. She has experience working with a range of disorders and issues with a particular interest in loss. She currently is seeing clients exclusively via telehealth. Dr. Puerling is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is also credentialed to see clients in all participating PSYPACT states.
