Allison is a competent therapist who has no predetermined agenda. She doesn't look with "books in her eyes" like some doctors will do. I get alot of value talking with Allison in person. I avoid Zoom relationships and appreciate that Allison respects that. Allison has a varied and impressive career dealing with all kinds of clients which provides her with a rich perspective.

Charlie Health is a literal life saver. I’m in an incredible group with very supportive and insightful group members. My individual therapist is amazing! She’s very empathetic yet says it how it is and always has helpful suggestions on ways to cope with overwhelming emotions, depression and anxiety. LifeStance took over smaller psych offices and now represent one large organization. The first 2 years were very challenging since their financial unit was in disarray. Presently, LifeStance has a group of decent psychiatrists. One may wait a few weeks for counselors.
