The staff is always helpful and go above and beyond to take care of my needs. And always return my calls as quickly as they can never a long wait always a great experience.And as for Scott Frink he’s always available if I have any questions or concerns I may have. LifeStance took over smaller psych offices and now represent one large organization. The first 2 years were very challenging since their financial unit was in disarray. Presently, LifeStance has a group of decent psychiatrists. One may wait a few weeks for counselors.
