Lisa provides a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy supporting adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and adjustment to life changes. Lisa has years of experience working with people with Alzheimer’s and related dementia and their caregivers. Individuals in the early stages of cognitive decline will benefit from therapy with Lisa. Lisa utilizes evidence based techniques such as CBT and mindfulness while creating a safe environment for individuals to share what they need in order to move forward to make the changes they seek in their lives. Education and Certifications: Lisa received a BA in psychology from Binghamton University and an MSW from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Lisa went on to receive her LICSW.
