With nearly four decades of experience in mental health care, Karen brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to treatment. She works with teens, adults, and seniors navigating concerns such as ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, life transitions, insomnia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, health-related challenges, and many other issues affecting emotional wellness. Karen earned her education through Boston University, Worcester State College, and The University of Georgia. Over the course of her career, she has provided care in schools, community mental health settings, private practice, and long-term care environments, while also teaching and training future clinicians in couples and family therapy. Outside of her professional life, Karen enjoys showing and occasionally breeding her borzois, as well as pursuing fiber arts such as weaving, knitting, and sewing. She also loves spending time outdoors through sea kayaking, skiing, and hiking.
