Dr. Morgan Pell, PsyD,
About Dr. Morgan Pell (She/Her)
Dr. Morgan Pell, PsyD, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults build practical skills to overcome emotional and behavioral challenges while creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives. As a psychologist with LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients across Michigan, offering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. Dr. Pell works with a wide range of mental health concerns and frequently helps individuals manage anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD/trauma, while also providing support for additional emotional and behavioral health needs. Dr. Pell is especially passionate about helping individuals affected by anxiety, ADHD, and childhood behavior issues. She understands how these challenges can impact daily functioning, relationships, academic performance, and self-confidence. Her approach emphasizes building resilience, strengthening coping strategies, and helping patients and families better understand the factors contributing to emotional and behavioral difficulties. Whether working with a young child experiencing behavioral concerns, a teenager navigating school and social pressures, or an adult struggling with attention and anxiety-related symptoms, she strives to create a supportive environment where growth feels achievable. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in proven clinical methods. Dr. Pell incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, while drawing from additional therapeutic approaches when appropriate. She works closely with children, teens, adults, and families to develop effective tools for managing symptoms, improving emotional regulation, and fostering healthier patterns of thinking and behavior. Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Pell enjoys expressing her competitive spirit and love of movement as a Scottish Highland dancer and competitive horseback rider. She also values spending quality time with her family and her German shepherd mix, Koda, who is an important part of her life.
