Hello! I’m Dr. Woods and I have had the pleasure of working with clients in therapy for twelve years now. Working one-on-one with clients is my absolute passion and I believe it is truly what I am meant to do here on earth. In working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and other difficulties, I view our work going along two streams: stream 1 – addressing the origins of their symptoms, identifying triggers, patterns, and learning ways to decrease negative mood and cope with it when it arises. The 2nd stream, though, is to address the potential life circumstances and approaches that may have brought them to this current crossroads. Many of my clients find themselves at a fork in the road or at a point of frustration with where they are now, and where they want to be. The focus of that 2nd stream of treatment is goal-setting, developing habits that are in line with the life you want to lead, and regular reflection on your progress.

If that sounds like the journey you are looking for, please feel free to reach out.

Can’t wait to meet you!
