Dr. Leighann Forsyth, PhD, is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with evidence-based, compassionate care. Serving clients in Rhode Island, she provides individual and family therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults. Whether managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or major life transitions, Dr. Forsyth creates a supportive space where clients can develop coping skills and build resilience.

With a deep passion for addressing women’s mental health, Dr. Forsyth specializes in treating eating disorders, postpartum depression and anxiety, and chronic medical conditions. She understands the complex interplay between physical and emotional health and works closely with clients to develop strategies that foster overall well-being. Dr. Forsyth also provides tailored support for LGBTQ+ individuals, helping them explore gender identity, navigate societal pressures, and strengthen self-acceptance.
