Her services include individual therapy as well as comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing to help identify factors affecting mental health, cognition, and daily functioning. Dr. Stabile has a particular passion for supporting individuals experiencing later life transitions, medical and neurological conditions, and cognitive concerns such as dementia and mild cognitive impairment. She works closely with patients and their families to better understand changes in memory, thinking, and functioning, while helping them develop strategies to maintain quality of life and independence. She also provides assessment and support for adults managing ADHD and alcohol or drug use issues. Her practice serves a diverse range of individuals, including people with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, head injuries, and military veterans. Through psychological testing and neuropsychological evaluations, Dr. Stabile helps patients obtain meaningful answers that can guide treatment planning, academic or workplace accommodations, and overall wellness. Dr. Stabile earned her education from Rutgers University and the University of Connecticut. She began practicing in 2026 and is committed to ongoing professional growth and delivering compassionate, scientifically informed care. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Stabile enjoys swimming in the ocean, wandering through the woods, listening to music and comedy, creating tiny clay sculptures, needlepointing, doodling, and spending time with family and friends. These creative and restorative activities reflect her appreciation for connection, curiosity, and balance.
