Sonia Lucci, Ph.D., LP, helps adolescents and adults across Wisconsin navigate life challenges with compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to their unique needs and values. At LifeStance Health, she creates a supportive, collaborative environment where individuals can safely explore concerns and build practical skills for lasting change. Her clinical approach recognizes the connection between emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being, allowing her to support each person holistically.

Dr. Lucci specializes in complex trauma and PTSD, attachment and relational issues, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, grief and adjustment concerns, and personality disorders. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Forgiveness Therapy. She primarily uses a psychodynamic/relational perspective and integrates Christian counseling for those who wish to incorporate faith into their care. Dr. Lucci thoughtfully guides clients in understanding how past experiences influence current patterns while fostering healthier coping strategies, improved relationships, and a stronger sense of self.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Lucci enjoys spending time with her children, family, and faith community. She also finds joy in hiking, reading, arts and crafts, cooking and baking, and playing the piano.
