Rachel Jacobs is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Lexington KY. She has been with Beaumont Behavioral and Lifestance for over 8 years. She received her Masters in Social Work in 2003 from the University of Kentucky and specializes in assessing and treating mental health concerns in children, teens, and young adults, though sees individuals of all ages.
