About Anjuli Gonzalez (She/Her)

Anjuli Gonzalez, LMFT, helps teens and adults navigate life’s complexities with greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance. As a Marriage and Family Therapist with LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy for patients across California. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience, creating a space where clients can explore challenges, build practical skills, and work toward meaningful change. Anjuli works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting clients experiencing concerns related to relationships, life transitions, grief, sleep difficulties, and other mental health challenges. She draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping strategies, and move toward their goals. In addition to these areas of expertise, she offers support for a wide range of behavioral health and relationship concerns. Because relationships often influence mental health, Anjuli also enjoys helping couples and families improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connections. Whether clients are navigating partnership concerns, family conflict, identity exploration, reproductive challenges, or major life transitions, she works collaboratively to help them uncover strengths and foster healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Anjuli earned her degree from National University. Her clinical work is guided by the belief that healing is not about perfection but about creating a life that feels authentic, connected, and meaningful. Outside of her practice, Anjuli enjoys songwriting, poetry, hiking, cooking, meditation, reading, and journaling.
