About Christine Posadas-McGonnigal (She/Her)

Christine Posadas is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), who has been practicing since 2016. She graduated from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena with a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy. Christine’s approach is collaborative, person-centered and culturally sensitive; while opening up to a stranger can seem daunting, she strives to create a welcoming professional space that is warm and curious, safe, and without judgment. She has worked with children and adolescents, parents, families, and adults with diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings.

Her specialities are in anxiety and depression, with a particular focus on intergenerational issues regarding communication, feelings comprehension and expression, boundary-setting and identity.
