A negative thought can change your day for the worst and a positive thought can make your day amazing. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy helping individuals work through past traumatic experiences because those experiences do not define who a person is. Rather, past trauma when dealt with appropriately, can create growth in one’s life that is positive.
