Romelia is a Marriage and Family Therapist, who has been practicing since 2015. She holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Southern California Seminary. She has vast experience doing individual, couples, and group therapy in private and group practices.

Romelia believes that healing, restoration, and recovery are obtainable. She believes mental and physical health are equally important components of overall health. Romelia utilizes different therapeutic approaches during sessions depending on people’s background, experiences, and people’s goals. Romelia enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and elders that suffers from depression, anxiety, ADHD and other mental health issues. Romelia also offers Faith-Based therapy based on the client’s preference.

Romelia lives in the melting pot city of San Diego where she has the opportunity to be exposed and appreciate the different cultures, traditions and languages of this unique and beautiful city. She enjoys reading books, drinking coffee, cooking, and walking in her neighborhood.
