Karen Siegel, LCSW,
About Karen Siegel (She/Her)
Karen Eiko Siegel helps individuals across California find healing, resilience, and renewed balance in their lives. She provides compassionate individual therapy to adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, creating a safe space where each client feels understood and supported. Karen works with people navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions, tailoring her approach to meet clients where they are and helping them move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Karen is especially passionate about supporting women through postpartum depression and anxiety, midlife transitions, and trauma recovery. She understands the profound impact these experiences can have on both daily life and long-term well-being, and she approaches treatment with warmth and sensitivity. By integrating evidence-based methods, she helps clients build coping strategies, restore balance, and regain a sense of hope.
In her clinical work, Karen draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and parenting skills interventions, adapting each tool to match her clients’ unique goals. She also brings experience in trauma-focused approaches, including Trauma-Focused CBT, which allows her to provide specialized care for those working through the effects of past or present trauma. Karen works closely with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring every client feels affirmed and empowered in their therapeutic journey.
Outside of her professional life, Karen enjoys hiking, traveling, trying new foods, watching films, baking, and exploring creative art and craft projects. She values time spent with close friends and family and finds these connections essential to maintaining balance and joy.
At LifeStance Health, Karen Eiko Siegel is dedicated to helping clients throughout California build resilience, find healing, and create meaningful change.
