Julie Gonzalez, LCSW, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigate life challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for patients across California, creating a supportive environment where clients can build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful progress toward their goals. Julie works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, while also supporting a variety of additional mental health needs. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, individualized, and strengths based. Julie integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She also offers parenting skills to support and tailors treatment to each person’s unique experiences and goals. She earned her education from Loma Linda University and the University of California, Riverside, where she built the foundation for her client-centered and evidence-based approach to care. Outside of her professional work, Julie believes strongly in maintaining balance and practicing self-care. She enjoys taking road trips with her family, experimenting with new recipes for Sunday night dinners, and spending time with her four cats and one dog.
