Rachel is skilled in a range of therapeutic approaches, utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop effective coping strategies and reach their goals. In addition, she offers Gender-Affirmative Medical Readiness Evaluations and medical procedure assessments to support those in need of specialized care.

Outside of her practice, Rachel enjoys knitting, weaving, reading, movie-going, and beach-combing, as well as caring for her dog. Her passion for travel keeps her inspired and engaged in learning from different cultures and perspectives.
