I’ve been practicing in the mental health field for over 25 years and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. I graduated from Yonsei University and trained in Seoul National University Hospital as a clinical psychologist. After graduating from the MFT program in 2012, I had the opportunity to practice at multiple levels of care in psychotherapy, case management, research, outreach, leading integrated care programs and supervising associate therapists. My main area of focus has been working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, substance use, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, problems in relationships, and stress management.

My approach will be tailored to your specific needs to improve your quality of life and encourage growth through multifaceted approaches which include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) informed care, trauma-informed care, psychodynamic psychology, motivational interviewing, and client-centered therapy. I look forward to creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and nurturing environment that will assist you in your journey of healing and growth.
