About Susan Kehoe-Jergens (She/Her)
Susan Kehoe-Jergens, LMFT, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults build healthier relationships, navigate life transitions, and develop effective strategies for improving emotional well-being. As a Marriage & Family Therapist with LifeStance Health, she provides therapy for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout California. Susan partners with clients facing anxiety, depression, and trauma, creating a supportive space where they can better understand their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for daily life. She offers individual, couples, family, and group therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique circumstances and goals. Drawing from a range of evidence-based and relationship-centered approaches, Susan incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies into treatment. She also offers additional therapeutic modalities and services to meet diverse needs. Whether working with a young child struggling at school, a couple seeking stronger communication, or an adult managing stress, loss, or life changes, Susan strives to help clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward. Her professional background reflects a lifelong commitment to understanding human development, relationships, and emotional wellness. She studied at Pacific Oaks College, the C.G. Jung Institute, and Antioch University, experiences that continue to inform her thoughtful and holistic approach to care. Outside of her clinical work, Susan enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, swimming, practicing yoga, fishing, and making memories with her family.
