My name is Dr. Naomi Midura. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I have been practicing as a clinician for the past 14 years. During those years I have worked in a variety of settings including: School-Based Mental Health, Inpatient Treatment, Community Based Work, and Private Practice. As a clinician I work collaboratively with clients and families to support whole person and whole system healing and growth. I believe understanding ourselves involves understanding how all the parts of us, affect our experiences. My work involves ways to both understand and heal our whole selves through mind, heart and body interventions. I also work to better understand how the systems we are connected to affect our experiences. Systems such as: society, our families, our communities, work, and so on. A large part of my work incorporates understanding how trauma affects our experiences and ways we can heal, utilizing mindfulness techniques to understand ourselves and coping strategies we can implement. I’m excited to get to know you, and partner with you on ways you can heal and grow in your journey.
