Tiffany Aceves (She, Her, Hers) is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of San Diego. Tiffany is a San Diego native and daughter of immigrants who brings her whole self into the counseling room, setting the scene for you to bring your whole self as well. She brings a warm, person-centered approach to therapy, working through a trauma-informed lens to create a space where clients feel seen, safe, and supported. Working with Tiffany will feel like chatting with an old friend who is equal parts cheerleader, scientist and coach, helping you reach your goals through empowerment and encouragement.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, Tiffany tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each client. Tiffany has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, self esteem, Men’s Health, infertility, gender exploration including gender affirming care, anger management, ADHD, Autism, Domestic and Interpersonal Violence and relationship challenges.

She is especially passionate about serving neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community and children of immigrants. Tiffany sees therapy as a collaborative journey and views herself as an advocate first—helping clients discover pride in their identity and strength in their stories. Tiffany values radical authenticity, inclusivity, and cultural humility. She strives to honor each client’s lived experience and welcomes all expressions of identity, including those often marginalized in traditional mental health spaces. Whether you are looking for healing, growth, or simply a place to be heard, Tiffany is committed to walking alongside you with compassion and care.
