Efficient process for booking initial appointment and choosing a practitioner. The cool thing is the practitioner schedules follow up appointments so there's no extra work involved. No more calling the front office to make additional appointments. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I'm feeling better already!

I was able, for the first time in my life, receive EMDR for chronic ptsd. My caring counselor helped me to feel like a part of the human race after being raised by a narcissist along with my only sister a narcissist as well. I didn’t stand a chance.

Meeting her within five minutes I feel very comfortable and safe, but I do look forward to meeting her for more sessions and we will see what the future holds overall she is amazing. I would highly recommend her very safe zone!
