LifeStance health has been really great on how I am able to book with my therapist and see my bills and receive messages from my therapist. Some of the issues I have sometimes though is that when I book with my online therapist who is not located in my city, the online platform provides a location and says “in person meeting” even though we have never had the in person meeting. It can be confusing but after a while I got used to it. Another downside is getting a hold of life stance can sometimes take a while because the phone lines always seem to be really packed. But I could probably use the online platform to communicate better. My therapist is super wonderful, she uses practical psychology therapy techniques while also talking to me as a person. The only other downside is she can hook up fast so I have to always book in advance! But I can do it easily now. I’m not sure if she is just very busy or if this is the case for other therapists. Anywho, paying me bills are also really easy and they always send me bill reminders which is helpful!

Not something you would normally like to share, however being a person who have been in ministry and loves to help others sharing can definitely change someone’s life. It has taken me my whole life to understand my childhood trauma. Richard Benfante, has definitely changed my life. His listening ear, spot on suggestions and diagnosis have finally gotten me to a place of peace that I never knew was possible. Richard Benfante, pegged by deep hidden issues day one. This I know!!! If you go to a therapist and they don’t seam like a good fit chances are they are not!!! Run as fast as you can till you find an honest straight forward therapist who actually wants to help not just collect your money. Blessings…

I’ve had a great experience with life stance. I love my Drs, billing was patient with me when I had a decent balance I needed to pay and offered payments over 4 months which made it easier & more convenient. I had a miscommunication & didn’t have coverage for some time (not LS fault) my therapist is so sweet & I feel a real connection with her as well as my psychiatrist. Wonderful service & they actually take insurance which can be harder to find these days. I needed to get myself together after some major life changes and I don’t know that I could have done it without their continued support. Not as well at least. I feel.. grateful!

After my previous provider left, I was assigned a new provider and had to meet them in person. It was an excellent experience. My provider was Chelsea in the La Mesa offices. She was a great listener, conversational and helpful in that she saw no reason to change anything that had been working well for several years. I would highly recommend this provider.

I had a session with Stephanie at noon today!. I enjoy my session with her as she make me feel relaxed and I am comfortable talking to her about anything. Am seeing her each week and think she is helping me with a few issues. Am going to ask her several more as time goes on as I think she can help me with my issues!! So far so good!!
