Sara Vo, PMHNP,
About Sara Vo (She/Her)
Sara Vo, PMHNP, helps patients build resilience, improve daily functioning, and achieve meaningful progress in their well-being. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with LifeStance Health, she provides medication management for teens, adults, and older adults throughout California. Sara works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting patients facing a wide range of mental health conditions. She is known for taking the time to understand each person’s unique experiences and developing treatment plans that are both evidence-based and personalized. Sara believes that effective psychiatric care extends beyond symptom management. She partners with patients to better understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and overall health. In addition to her core areas of focus, she provides care for concerns such as PTSD and trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, sleep disorders, psychosis, grief, and other mental health conditions. She has experience supporting a diverse range of individuals, including military veterans and those with autism spectrum disorders. Sara values creating a welcoming and respectful environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and actively participating in treatment decisions. Her goal is to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, education, and empowerment. Sara also speaks Vietnamese, allowing her to provide culturally responsive care for a broader range of patients and families. She earned her education from Azusa Pacific University and the University of California, Los Angeles, where she developed a strong foundation in psychiatric and behavioral health care. Outside of her clinical practice, Sara enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, baking, and planning her next trip abroad.
