“Growth and comfort do not coexist.”- Ginni Rometty

My belief on therapy is that it takes courage to be open to seek support. I believe change occurs daily, and if you are reading this you demonstrated the first step towards change, and for that I applaud you. For therapy to be effective it is essential to find a therapist that is your perfect fit. I strive to create a space where you are free from judgment, a place where you put down the persona we present out in the world where your true self can be seen and heard. I believe there is not a one size fits all approach, and you are the expert in your life. Therefore, we will design your treatment as a team that is uniquely tailored to strengths, needs, and goals.

I have worked in diverse settings out in the community as well as within school settings working with low socioeconomic and first-generation client’s and their families. Whether you have experienced complex emotions, life transitions, traumas, stressors, or any challenges the world throws at us unexpectedly. I am here to support you on your journey. You will leave each session with tools to help through the week. I incorporate evidence-based practices such as solution focused therapy, family systems, CBT, narrative therapy. I am passionate about creating a supportive, strength-based environment and advocating for your needs till you feel confident to self-advocate for yourself. I work with Children, Adolescents, Adults, Older Adults, and Families.
