About Krystal Mallory (She/Her)

Krystal Mallory, LMFT, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based therapy. As a Marriage & Family Therapist with LifeStance Health, she provides mental health services for individuals, couples, and families throughout California. Krystal creates a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore concerns, build resilience, and develop meaningful strategies for lasting emotional well-being. Drawing on her experience working with a broad range of ages and family dynamics, Krystal supports clients facing anxiety, depression, and childhood behavior issues, while also providing care for a variety of additional mental health concerns. She understands that emotional struggles can affect every aspect of life, from relationships and school performance to self-esteem and daily functioning. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and circumstances. Her therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family therapy techniques, along with additional evidence-based interventions when appropriate. She offers individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, case management, and other supportive services designed to meet diverse needs. Krystal earned her education through the University of Phoenix, California State University, Fullerton, and Long Beach City College. She remains committed to helping clients achieve meaningful progress while feeling supported throughout their mental health journey. Outside of her clinical work, Krystal enjoys spending time with her children and attending sporting events.
