Setting up with Lifestance was easy and fast for me. I did have orders from doctors which helped a lot. I had medication in a few days along a therapist the following week. I did make some mistakes due to my brain fog, and they worked with me until understood how to work the online video sessions. My therapist understands me and works with me and I have grown so much since I began with Susan. I feel more love for myself along with the people in my life as I heal from past traumas. And the people I met now have been responding to me have been more positive and I am making new friends. I have more confidence in myself as I work on my fears. I am not living in fears that once use to paralyzed me. Which is awesome because at this time, I am reliving some of my fears. Instead I am finding peace, and I no longer want to hurt myself. I am so happy that I found a great match with Susan, and she would a great fit for most people if not all. She is gentle, kind, and loving. She sends me helpful information along with things to think about and work on. Her knowledge is impressive no matter what subject I bring up. I look forward to her smiles every week, and I have new hope for my future. I love you too Susan. :) And I wish you the best.

Susan is an exceptional counselor. She listens and I mean REALLY listens. She remembers your history and helps you reflect upon the positive spectrum. Susan gives reasonable insight to the negatives in addition to tools and material so you can truly help yourself. She also provides the support you need and you genuinely matter to her. You can tell she is passionate about her practice and takes an earthy approach to her clients. Therapy is scary enough but with Susan you can feel comfortable and confident in her and yourself. I highly recommend!
