About Tristan Benzon (He/Him)
Tristan Benzon helps teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clinical expertise, and a focus on meaningful growth. At LifeStance Health, he provides therapy services to patients throughout Colorado, supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. He works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, build resilience, and develop practical strategies that improve emotional well-being and daily functioning. Tristan has experience helping people move through complex life transitions, relationship difficulties, and emotional challenges that can impact personal fulfillment and connection with others. He provides a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make lasting changes. In addition to individual therapy, he offers couples therapy and family therapy, helping clients strengthen communication, improve relationships, and navigate difficult periods together. He also works with LGBTQ+ individuals and strives to create an affirming and inclusive therapeutic experience. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness-based interventions, Tristan tailors treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. He treats a variety of mental health conditions and life concerns, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also providing support for additional emotional and behavioral challenges. His therapeutic style is thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on helping clients develop lasting skills for success. Tristan earned his education from Ouachita Baptist University and Lindenwood College and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He is committed to ongoing professional growth and providing high-quality mental health care grounded in current clinical practices. Outside of his work with clients, Tristan enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, gaming, collecting, and playing Pokémon Go. These interests reflect his appreciation for curiosity, connection, and lifelong learning.
