Meegan Urbanek, LPC, LAC is a Licensed Professional Counselor Licensed Addiction Counselor who has been practicing for over fourteen years. She graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Master’s degree in Counseling. She has post graduate training in EMDR and is a Certified Daring Way Facilitator.

Meegan works from a Client Centered and Harm Reduction approach. She uses a variety of treatment techniques from Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Greif work, Trauma Informed Care, and Psychoeducation. Her main areas of focus include shame, addiction, and trauma.
