Wyatt Caswell, LCSW,
About Wyatt Caswell (He/Him)
Wyatt Caswell helps adults build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Through LifeStance Health, he provides individual and group therapy to adults throughout Colorado, supporting clients who are seeking meaningful change in their emotional well-being, relationships, and day-to-day functioning. Wyatt approaches therapy as a collaborative process, creating a space where clients can explore concerns openly while working toward goals that matter most to them. His clinical interests include helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Wyatt recognizes that mental health challenges often affect multiple areas of life and believes treatment should address both immediate symptoms and underlying patterns. He works with clients facing a variety of concerns and offers support for additional mental health conditions, tailoring care to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and needs. Wyatt draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. These interventions help clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build lasting tools for managing stress. When appropriate, he incorporates additional therapeutic approaches to ensure treatment remains individualized and responsive to each client’s goals. Whether someone is coping with the effects of trauma, navigating life transitions, processing grief, or managing the impact of anxiety and depression, Wyatt strives to foster a therapeutic relationship grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and mutual respect. He believes meaningful progress occurs when clients feel empowered to explore their experiences in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where growth can happen at their own pace. Wyatt earned degrees from Westfield State University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His professional approach combines clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life. Outside of his work as a therapist, Wyatt enjoys exploring pop culture, playing Dungeons & Dragons, video games, watching television and movies, and spending time hiking. These interests help him connect with a wide range of perspectives and experiences, enriching his work with clients.
