Elizabeth is trained in Brainspotting, which is a deeply effective healing intervention for past experiences that negatively impact daily functioning and well-being. She utilizes a neurobiological, mindfulness, and trauma informed approach as well as educates how our bodies hold our emotions, traumas, and negative experiences and how to process them in healthy ways! Elizabeth also utilizes CBT, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, IFS (parts work), mindfulness, somatic approaches, and play therapy. The ability to help you heal and regain your life comes from her own personal struggles and healing process. Elizabeth has learned ways to create kinder and wiser spaces that helps healing and relieves suffering.
